Myth of a Summer Moon by Steve and Aaron Reed
Model: 0-9787916-0-

Authors: Steve and Aaron Reed
ISBN 0-9787916-0-3

A story of three families of middle and high school youth plagued with poverty, personal loss, and handicaps work together to cover life's obstacles both within themselves and their rural community and small town life in an Appalachian border state in the 1930s. Greek immigrants, confused with another racial group by white Southerners, endure innuendos and a constant potential danger at the hands of the school bully and his tag-along. It is an interesting mix of ethnic traditions, close friendships, and Titus, the bull.

From 1998 to 2003 this father-son team has enjoyed collaborative writing and The Myth of the Summer Moon was selected for publication by Baker Trittin Press in 2005. This unique writing team is currently working on other manuscripts which are under review.
