Do you offer a guarantee?
We are so sure you will be pleased with your purchase that we offer a thirty day no-questions-asked guarantee on all purchases. Once the merchandise is returned, we will issue a full refund minus shipping charges. Please keep all the original packaging to ease return shipping and so that we can expedite your refund quickly and easily. GetBobo.com cannot offer any credits or refunds thirty days after the date you receive your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of your order for order processing and to receive your shipment tracking number(s). 
If rare unexpected delays occur, you will be notified immediately. 

Where do you ship from?
That all depends on what you order. All of our items are shipped factory-fresh from the manufacturer.

How much does delivery cost?
Throughout the site, you'll find many items that qualify for free shipping. Other shipping cost are calculated at the checkout, but before committing to the final order.

GetBoBo uses standard FedEx Ground rates based on weight at the checkout, but before committing to the final order. You will be given several different shipping options to choose, from FedEx Ground to FedEx Overnight.

For furniture items over 150 pounds:
GetBoBo charges freight rates which are calculated based on weight at the checkout, but before committing to the final order.

How can I check the status of my order?
To view the status of your order, simply login to your GetBobo.com account online.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?
All items shipped are fully insured for retail value by our freight carrier against damage in transit. In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please note the damage on the carrier form when it is delivered and then email
sales@GetBobo.com to request a claim form.
